Report a spam or scam email

You can report a spam or scam email to help us improve our products.

Select one of the following options to submit spam or scam email samples.

Submit from a web-based email client.

1. Open your email client.
2. Right-click on the spam or scam email message and choose Forward as Attachment from the drop-down menu.
3. In the To field, type norton@alertscompliance.com.
4. Click Send.

• You can also attach the email technical header information to the email.

Submit from a mobile device.

1. Open your email client.
2. Open the scam or scam email.
3. Tap on the option to forward the email.
4. In the To field, type norton@alertscompliance.com
5. Click Send

Note

• It is preferred to send the email samples as an attachment to avoid the loss of key content of the message which is required for analysis.
• Email submissions are subject to manual or automated review.
• The norton@alertscompliance.com email address does not send additional updates.
